Community Asset Transfer Programme

DTNI would like to formally invite interested organisations to submit proposals to take part in its 'Community Asset Transfer Demonstration Programme' to test the NI Executive's enabling framework policy proposals in support of the transfer of surplus public sector assets to organisations in the community and voluntary sectors.

The initial application process remains open until Friday 18th October. Second stage applicants will be invited for interview in late October early November. Please forward all your queries to DTNI Programme Manager Charlie Fisher. We look forward to hearing from you and good luck.

Instructions for Completing the Form

Our electronic PDF form can be downloaded from the link above. Depending on your browser you may be prompted immediately to download the PDF to your computer or it may open up in your browser in which case we advise you to save it to your computer by clicking save or save as in the file menu of your browser. Once saved to your computer exit your browser and open the file on your computer with the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader which you can download here.

If you don't plan to complete and submit the form in one session you may exit the form saving it when prompted. You will be advised that the form is part of a data submission workflow and that it must be submitted using the submit button at the top of the form. Click yes here and the form will then be saved and any data you have entered to that point should be saved.

Fillable form fields can be highlighted by clicking the 'highlight Fields'  button at the top of the form. This will highlight all fillable fields in blue and show a red border around fields which must be completed in order to successfully submit the form.

When your form is complete, click the submit form button at the top right of the form filling in your email and name in the appropriate fields. You will then be asked if you are using an email client such as Mac Mail or Outlook or and online mail which is accessed via a web browser.  Select the appropriate item and follow the instructions.

In the case of a mail client an email addressed to the recipient and titled with the form attached will be created. Insert any other documents you are including with your application into the email before you send it.

If you are using webmail, your form will be saved and you will need to attach it to an email addressed to with "Submitting Completed Form" as the subject. Please also attach any other documents you are including with your application to the email before you send it.
