DPCE was established in 2017 to contribute to the regeneration of Donegall Pass and the surrounding area. The current prioity for the organisation is the development of a Good Relations Community Hub on the former PSNI site supporting the South Urban Villages areas of Donegall Pass, Sandy Row, and the Market.
